I feel like they've never been the same since they announced they were ready to build the Panama City house in 2018 only for Hurricane Michael to come right through the Florida panhandle. It's been nothing but delays and setbacks ever since. They at one time had a lot of promise, but the lack of follow through on ANYTHING has resulted in where the price is today. If they had executed on developing the PCB model home, Brentwood, etc. price would be much higher at this point. A real shame.
