Volatility is problematic at best here - the lack of liquidity is clearly fueling the wide spreads, which in turn adds to the lack of volume.

As you know, many stay away from the OTC, as the great majority of securities utilize this Market to fund their daily operations - this clearly isn't the case for BLPG, but without any ongoing messaging, coupled with historical data, it will be difficult to attract real investors. That said, for those holding long term, I encourage those to consider getting the word out by sharing the filings, which demonstrate how rare BLPG truly is on the OTC Market - how many OTC companies have a similar revenue/debt balance sheet, with no effected dilution?

BLPG is currently trading at a negative multiple, which obviously doesn't reflect the bottom line - unfortunately, it appears that management isn't concerned, which is puzzling, and exactly why those holding long term might consider attempting to turn this around by a word-of-mouth strategy!
