What's interesting to note or maybe, is that GestureTek Health Inc recently registered "GESTURETEK" as trade name or doing business as. Will Eric announce his new subsidiary company as GestureTek. If so that may mean not a new Corporation but the subsidiary is GT Health Inc ? and will trade under or do business as GestureTek. But that raises questions as to what happen to GT Health Inc if it became part of the new subsidiary. Financial problems also. ? What did Eric pay Vincent if any.?
