Wrong. They still need to pay for millions in losses. That takes a lot of shares to be sold. To be able to sell 100's of millions again. Has to go much lower. When a company is not even close to a profit after over 7 years. Dilution will continue to be a problem. As long as Bell in charge company will never make money.
