how is Eric acquiring anything with no funds?

Excellent question!!! Eric took the time last month to pump out a tweet claiming that WNBD had supposedly paid out "deposits" as part of the long drawn out never ending GT deal...yet nowhere in the WNBD financials is there one friggin' factual word about how much money in so-called "deposits" WNBD paid out to acquire GT assets from the GT court receivership process right!!!

And if WNBD did in fact pay out "deposits" as part of this never ending GT story...then Eric once again isn't bothering to heed any of the Reg FD regulatory requirements as per his fiduciary duties as a pubco CEO, because anytime a pubco supposedly sends monies as part of some supposed deal, it's definitely a material event right cheers~
