He probably needed that cash to pay for his criminal, civil, and divorce lawyers (personal expenses, not corporate). He is well-known for stealing investor money and pocketing it to spend on his lavish lifestyle.



Boy isn't that the truth. Back when Smokeless Select sued ECig, I bought the court records, Bank records were included. YEP, he spent money on food and other fun things for himself.... not for HPNN... hey, isn't that illegal? Just curious.

Just to be clear.. it was the HPNN "bank account".. not Tweety Petey's bank account.....
