Sir

We will not be commenting until our Q2 report has been filed and secondly until we have designated a public update pertaining to a potential restructuring of the company.These will not be issued before next week. Given that Monday is a USA holiday.

Mr. Lowenthal is traveling and will not be available until this weekend (USA Time)
