Same here, it’s funny how it’s marketed as the best thing since sliced bread, when PAGES of the “DD package” were taken out since it was all blatantly False material.

Yea pages of a "DD package" that have to be taken out because of being False material is not a good look for Asta or Tiny Mickey.

Call me crazy but IF ASTA was such grand company, then wouldn't all the financials and disclosures be UP TO DATE??

......in other words, information on the OTC would be CURRENT.

However, what I see is not PINK CURRENT status but the Expert Market Status.

HMMMM.... sure seems like the EM status tells all that needs to be known...

No "DD package" is needed.... CURRENT INFORMATION filed with the OTC is needed.

HEY... back in the days when Brad Listermann was running this scam, at least he knew how to keep the info current. No-Chin Davis seems to not understand the concept.

Don't misunderstand, I don't think BL is a good guy, nope, I don't. BUT at least he knew how to keep the scam out of EM.... just sayin'.

I also find it PITIFUL that Tiny No Chin Davis depends on lawsuits to make his LOOK BIG... very pitiful. BUT again, it's the MO for most scammers.

Can't tell you how many times "ceos" like Davis have filed a lawsuit against me... still waiting on the paperwork. Hey, maybe even BL said he would file one against me, I need to go review that. I know he was working with another scammer back in 2018 to try to bring me and others down...... HMMMM... I guess that went south
