I'm NOT a lawyer, but here's my interpretation of the above info. A schedule for presenting briefings has been determined. A briefing is a "written legal argument that is presented to a court to aid it in reaching a conclusion on the legal issues involved in the case."

A Motion, as described above, was presented to the Court (presumably by Hovendick).

Hovendick's lawyer was present at the Hearing as was Caywood (apparently by himself without a lawyer).

My guess is that a decision on this case will be issued at the next Hearing, which is scheduled for June 8, 2022.
