What is any fundamental reason why the stock price should go north? Please stay away from other OTC scam companies trading higher. What is it about UNQL that it should trade higher than a $10 million market cap? The company was consolidated for $8 million just two years ago. They have more debt than profits. Margins are less than 1%. Profits are an anemic $1.5 million. Trillium and 3a Capital own 25% of the company freely convertible to dilute everyone over and over again. So....why should it trade higher? Please explain.
