Don’t you think it is more likely that it is .02 cent for 250 million shares to get 5 million in cash
And that for someone to put up that 5 million that someone would want to see the stock at least 4-6 cent with information that Vxit will go up more !!
That my take!!

The idea that it is 002 / 2.5 b does not add up and why you ask that in a offering of you have nothing to offer!!
No one would give you the cash !!
The .002 - 02 most be a arrange and if the price gos up let say to 4 cent in the open market you give up less sharp the get
To get that 5 million !!!
