Got a response from JP. Below is pertinent part as to the question I had asked if they are aware as to who might be doing the selling (either unlocked restricted stock or naked shorting):

Yes, we are well aware of the decline in share price. I am not sure if you expect us to know exactly who is responsible for the selling? We are paying close attention to the growth of the business and the execution of deals, however yes, we are aware of many selling tactics. I understand your frustration which we do see and feel ourselves. We remain focussed on building the company and closing the deals we need to in order to get where we are going (a vision we continue try to make as clear as we can for all our Shareholders).
