kona, i hope they are using the shares they got back from mills.....and maybe the silence is them waiting to get wade's shares since he has no other assets.........if it is as claimed. i hope they aren't using .8 b for more financing as it dilutes current shareholders of decertified shares......this company still owns the ip/patents.....and share ownership doesn't change patent infringement.

social network. vcsy has ip, you want to use it..........this is how much it is........cash up front..........no iou's. put the cash for the stock in question into escrow .to be determined in court. but don't hold up the process.......if adequate finances, retire the stock as it is clawed back...............everybody wins.......wait till all is settled, nobody wins....like ukraine/russia.....and usa is back having to pay to put humpty dumpty back together again.......
