In Feb. CC tweeted about the 8k acquisition referencing the land purchase. associated with the upcoming merger in Europe...she was working on this RM at that time...that's why I'm here...there is a mfg plant in association with the merger expected to be built soon and expected to be operational at
Y/E...the merger however will be consummated quite soon...there seems to be some dilution or and possible share conversions happening now which is the reason for the dip in SP...I expect that sometime after the formal announcement of the merger the SP will begin to accelerate...I thought I would summarize for any new people and non believers
