The new dividend will go electronically into your brokerage account if you had INTK stock in there on 1/5/2022 and you qualify for the dividend. That is why INTK worked with the transfer agent so that all shares will be able to be in electronic form. Previous paper certificates (like your 500K sh certificate) can be sent to the transfer agent with the proper paperwork/fee and they will have your shares electronically deposited in your brokerage account
