SEC HAD TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THAT COMPANY THAT PETEY RAN INTO THE GROUND.
It is too bad that any investors that owned shares in it now see their shares completely worthless, and it is scheduled to be completely delisted. No published quotes, no trading at all in it.
