Good point, but either way there will be considerable lag time between IDE approval and any positive clinic data to make RDGL a buyout candidate. In event, I'm wrong, heck, when I exit trades, I don't look back at what I left on table. Bought a SPY put near opening today. Sold after 30% run. Later saw after trend reversed and bought call, that could have made a lot more holding the put longer. Didn't care, was happy with 30% in fraction of day. Sold call after 20% run. I see that call is still running and I don't care. Just happy made money today.
