Hyvia revenue and losses are shared 50-50 between Plug and Renault. No dividend can be paid out by Plug currently. There would need to be a vote for a dividend structure at an annual meeting. I would be surprised if Plug pays a dividend in the next decade. They will be at least doubling their business for the next couple of decades which requires large CAPEX.
