He doesn't even know that the share structure's maxed out and the company and Bigger both filed with the SEC to stop any convertible debenture conversions as part of the Ostendo closing agreement terms...and even if they do decide to increase the A/S post Ostendo closing...they first have to file a proxy statement and hold a shareholder proxy vote...which take a minimum 90 calendar days to even complete right cheers!
