Feels like a PR will be coming soon. The CEO imo is just being strategic and it would not have made sense to PR anything these past few months. Several stocks dropped pr's that were good and due to the bad market the news fell on deaf ears. There is no bad news with this stock and when the market show signs of recovery, NBRI is going to be one of the first to go.....Any smart CEO will be using this economic downturn time to fix things within the company and emerge with strong pr's.......0004s were dumping, though im silent I am definitely watching....hope to get some...
