It is not a merger, Good job you figured it out. It is a sale of certain assets for shares in Ostendo. The speculation is possibly a merger, Speculation is what investors look for early on. As far as what assets are worth and why they are making the deal. Apparently your low quote is not what Ostendo and Sysx think they are worth. They are money making machines simple. Their are government contracts, Patents there is much more to this then simply selling some computer equipment. Take some time read through the posts, Every day someone new comes along and someone answers the same questions. I have a feeling the ones with real knowledge are a little worn out answering what they already have answered a hundred times and are taking a time out from this board
