I liked that post as well. Remains to be seen.

It could easily be twisted as well... non dilutive loan because no one wants shares that will be destroyed by other debt conversions.

Maybe a dilution raise could indicate that lenders actually believe the SP will rise.

It could be non dilutive for a good reason as well. Two sides to the coin.
