Is it underUNDERvalued or is it Overvalued... SP-conversions=Overvalued.

Artizen must of been in really REALLY bad shape to reserve merge into conversions land.

Now that Riss is completely out... they don't have to do any of his promises.

-RS... probably going to happen
-Dilution... probably going to happen
-Share buyback program (if it ain't happening now at this kind of low SP... open your eyes... not gonna happen.

Artizen has a nice operation going on... not very profitable but why reverse merge into this mess is the milion dollar question.
