Wow, I'm surprised that the IXIC, NBI an XBI have done so well, I would have thought they should be down more.

What have the hundreds if not thousands of the Mid to Small Cap Bio's Produced in the last 2 years? The only thing they've been successful in is raising capital and burning through it. The amount of Capital that's been wasted over the last couple of years is astounding.
