I hate to disagree with you since You are aware and have been that this is a scam company. But Optec EV is Not a subsidiary of OPTI . Its a seperate company of Rogers. I have not heard of an umbrella company. I know I have Never seen OPTEC EV on any financial statements or any dealings between the two. Its nothing more than a company roger set up for possible future scam !
