My Pitch: "Perpetually advertises an eternally unfulfilled stock dividend + assorted technical analyses to keep people buying shares. Reality: USMJ pumped out a billion shares a month in dilution for the past 6 months. If it ever had a real business, it's long dead. 10b O/S means = trip-0s price forever."
