Yes, it has to get to the UTL to get confirmed. The Daily UTL is still falling, tomorrow it may be a little lower than 4042.

But with the D-SC-1 getting confirmed, the next Daily cycle has to be a Bull Cycle starting with D-S-2. The D-2 is extremely overdue, the D-E-2 is overdue & the D-SC-2 is overdue.

Right now with the Daily MACD 107 pts below the zero line, I doubt the D-E-2 or D-SC-2 get confirmed during this next Daily Bull Cycle.

But we could get the D-2 and then drop to the overdue D-S-1 or D-1, then back up to the D-E-2 or D-SC-2.

So this could be the start of a long Bull rally that could possibly confirm a new Weekly Bull Cycle by the middle of June.
