LUNA Question: do you all agree that 2 major issues are

1. The 6.9 trillion soon to be LUNAC coins
2. There is no backing to soon to be LUNAC anymore because the 3 billion in bitcoin is now gone.

Is the 3 billion in bitcoin used to back UST or LUNA? Thanks.
