These silly questions need to stop.

The parties started negotiating in 2012 and the press releases, LOIs and filings show that there were extensive negotiations. The fact that either party is judged to have any kind of impairment months or years after the fact is not an issue with that business deal. Remember that Vakser was the one posting about it in Protek's docs and in those press releases.

Clearly, the acquisition was made as all the public hype about it is all over the net.

I hope we don't have to have another lesson on verb tenses.....
