i really don't get this "soft landing" by the fed. so they are saying that they have control of the market to gradually lower it over months, thus it's not a fair market of supply and demand. and it has been a steady decline for months, which to me is worse than one big drop then a steady rise over months

our money people in dc are morons or crooks or both.
