The difference here is that this spat is a "CIVIL matter" between Eddie and a dude he claimed to have fully vetted and repeatedly praised for months and led investors to believe would be a boon to to PRPM. Law enforcement doesn't get involved in civil matters unless there's an order to confiscate property (something that EdWAD has been thru before https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=119374581 ). IMO if Eddie wants to prosecute his former business partner for threats then that's a criminal complaint.
