They would have to report to SEC and consolidate financials if they were doing that which they are not, they are clearly using them to help with facility and provide solar cells, they also have OEM agreement with Sun to produce panels as private label until Sun builds its facility. PT is not owning a factory in USA and then licensing to Sun but great ideas you are bringing. This would be an 8K notice and SEC reporting if they were going to have PT own a US facility LOL IMO
