Ever tell family (and/or friends) about a ticker that is going to make you a lot of money VERY SOON (like within a MONTH!) and then, a short time after, feel the need to tell them something like "Oh, yeah, uh.. well something was wrong with the Form 10. The Form 10 is something the CEO had to file with the SEC to bring the ticker pink current for trading" and then watch the share price tank for months and months after and STILL not be pink current SIX MONTHS LATER? And now you don't even discuss it with anyone because you feel like a damn fool for talking/bragging about it to them in the first place?

Just wondering.
