I am not sure ineptness is the correct word but the sentiment is understood. This is taking a centuries old tried and true textile industry and making changes that even today with all that is happening with technology is still hard to comprehend. If it is either gene splicing or goats milk or something else someone will come out on top and the others will find their niche. KBLB has the advantage in cost and appears to have the inside track. Kim's cautiousness has been a bit extreme, over the top or mistakes for some, but the end appears to be in sight. Someone will be scratching the surface of this technology for many more years and I think Kim and Jon are well aware that we all have a time limit to enjoy our lives. I see them getting all their ducks in a row for a buyout. They have scratched the surface long enough to show the potential and can now retire well healed for the rest of their lives.
