LMFAO!! I was smart enough not to listen to a complete lie of anything more coming to BioAmber shareholders LOL!! I mean how could anyone believe such a BS story when the monitor made it so easy to read and follow along. It is very detailed between the reports and the court docs that BioAmber was done.
Liquidation of an insolvent company is the end with no chance of paying its debt, can not get anymore money on credit and didn’t get even close to enough money to cover it’s secured lenders let alone the unsecured and then last but not least the shareholders
The ones who made up the second transaction are the ones who you should be mad at
