With Wayne owning 80% of the common, I would think it is in his best interest to have the value move up. If he didn't have any interest in the common, I think he would have created more shares and raised capital. I prefer the preferred method at this given moment. Let's see who the investor(s) are in the preferred. Let's not forget about those 40 million shares held in Treasury
