My one issue with buying at these levels is, Most of us know that BLDV will need to RS eventually. I know it has been denied before but it is what it is. If they want to uplist they will have to RS.

Problem is I do not believe this business model can support the PPS after split, thus bringing it back down to pre-split levels, rendering our post RS shares useless.

The business model sucks, as seen in the financials. I cannot fathom how they will be able to to sustain the PPS.

Management needs to figure this crap out and soon. Because the market as a whole is in the dumps and the "big Whales" aren't putting money into OTC anymore.
