You left out this part of the 10th report. See where it says "up front" "The company informed the Court at the outset of the CCAA proceedings that it owed amounts...." In order to understand what the obligations were owed at the time the company was liquidated and shut down and those contracts terminated, you'd have to read those contracts. Those amounts would still be considered debt attached to the company. There is no ongoing obligations since, again, the company has been liquidated and shut down, those contracts terminated.



I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
