Shotsky, this is what I said. " it (TD Ameritrade)says there is a DTC Chill on it, which NSAV says there is not." I believe NSAV. I also believe you when you said they can't upgrade until they become DTC compliant, but that will probably cost them money, which they won't have until they are more profitable. They will be though. Of that I am certain and eventually they will be and will be uplisted.
