He has cognitive issues. Acropolis is the custodian. Doesn’t really matter what he says as his family has power of attorney. We should of had further status updates by now. Last court date they said they reached a written agreement with his estate.

Acropolis is due to have a written status report 06/29/2022 and the next court date is 07/13/2022 at 9:00AM.
