Don't worry about dollars/share. Management and insiders haven't purchased any shares since being wiped out by reverse split years ago. Offor owns less than 5%. No way they will do anything to increase the share value as evidenced by no filings, no updates, and place on the caveat emptor list.

Current shareholders are stuck and can't get out. Rumors of done deals, dividends, and dollars/share haven't changed the erhe price near zero and volume near zero. Neither has actual drilling in EEZ block 6.
