In 2013 when NasRat became CEO at Elite and soon after stated No One Will Stop Us referring to Elite's ART, then stating that Elite's fair value was $2.10 and that was in 2014. Elite's value would be greater in the future. Has spoken about Dollar Land for many years and yet today, almost halfway into the year 2022, the share price is LESS THAN 4 pennies per share ($0.03) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Almost 9 (nine) years as CEO and the share price is $0.03,within a penny of all time lows and has been below a dime ($0.10) for almost 2 and a half years ................. OVER 2 (TWO) YEARS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Does Nasrat need to be replaced?" Hummmmm .... Everyone knows one of the most important jobs of a CEO is to create shareholder value yet NasRat never outlines a real plan for that. How long has Elite claimed to be Cash Flow Positive ... that didn't help create shareholder value .... Is there any reason that NasRat would desire a low share price .... Hummmm
