I asked some people on twitter and got I have no clue … what ever was agreed upon and eventually came up with this

Usually insiders and affiliates (over 10% ownership) are limited too 1% of the os per 90 day period
That would explain the slow bleed this Jason guy is capped to selling about 960000 shares every 3 months which isn’t a lot but with the volume we have had it explains it

Your not gonna blow this guy out but volume will trump what he can sell in a 90 day period

Personally I’ll hold I know what’s going on and why it’s happening
