***ALL THE LAWSUITS WERE DISMISSED 90 DAYS AGO*** In the U.S. Appeals Court for the Federal Circuit. What I'm saying is that, after 90 days of the judgement, it becomes final and non-appealable (in the Supreme Court). This is the excuse taken by judge Sweeney after stealing all the cases from judge Schwartz, to stay the Fairholme case and all others.
All dismissed. Either direct or derivative claim and it shall include the satellite cases, like in the Lamberth's court with an Implied Contract claim that was declared "a convenient fiction in claiming damages" by a British law firm. Now, we have to seek advice from foreign law firms. All corrupt law firms in the U.S. under the orders of Wall Street.
