Two things I'm considering here.

The cost of doing business in a Schedule 1 with 280-E. They get the best loans they can afford and maximize the profitable footprint. Are the assets outperforming their costs? The lenders are on the BOD. One may hate the bank, but nobody is here to lose money --or I see fiduciary duties going sideways. So, enough sobbing.

Q: Less the paper loss as reported, what changed?

A: Doubt that all is well by more than a few of us, it seems.

As for the Employee Stock Incentive Plan... They want a first-class operation with top talent, they must have a way to recruit, retain and recognize success. Plus their employees begin to see a career path instead of a job. What do you think can replace 401(k) plans not allowed under 280-E? What does it out of pocket cost the company? LOL, Wsh I were younger and liked Denver.

While I hated the numbers as they were barfed out for the Q, the CEO has said this was an messy Q. Heck of an understatement. I'm hopeful this is the nadir as my patience is also growing thin watching my funds evaporate. I'm too old for this sh*t.. Specifically, I think the status of each CAPEX note, loan, obligation should be detailed as to the percent paid, total outstanding and due date on a nice little chart so there are no needless messy surprises since this colossal debt door seams to have been breached by management in a most awkward manner thaty has upset the shareholders not receiving warrants or grants (and possibly sitting with a paper loss as well). Stepping into the debt trap has been the central theme amongst the canna companies as the number one means of failure. So, if they want to set themselves apart, show the real strengths here and track the paydowns as they go as a one page chart by current loan/purchase. Would that give everyone here a warm-fuzzy?
