I have been musing over the events in the last few months

What could be(conjecture) is when Namibia discovery by both Total and Shell seemed to change up things possibly

Shell changing their drilling location and saying it may be a stand alone project may have muddied the waters a bit between the two.
I have always suspected that the drilling may nhave been in a area where they wouldn't find an elephant to get a better price.
It at least seems that Shell has taken the lead as far as looking for an elephant which actually would benefit ERHE shareholders as Total and Partners will have to pay up MORE to get the rights for block 4
Just an observation which could be wrong..
But maybe not.
