PCT LTD Nano-Catholyte™ and Nano-Hydrolyte™ could revolutionize the multi-billion dollar Global aquaculture, aquaponics & agricultural markets.

PCT Ltd. and Nano Gas™ Technologies are pleased to announce a joint patent-pending technology that will provide an eco-friendly solution for Multiple Markets.

Nano Gas Technologies brings a sustainable solution to solve some of the world’s urgent challenges. Our technology has more than 50 different applications across different industry verticals and segments such as Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Medical, Municipal water remediation, and many more.

PCTL/NANO GAS’™ new product line is called Nanolyte . The fluids come in two versions: NanoCatholyte and Nano-Hydrolyte™.

Nano-Hydrolyte™, a biocide, and Nano-Catholyte™- a surfactant, both are 100% environmentally green solutions for aquaculture, aquaponics & agricultural markets!!

Nano Gas Bubbles with Catholyte and Hydrolyte™.
Our patented equipment creates nanobubbles without clogging. The bubbles average less than 200 nanometers, with hundreds of billions of bubbles per liter. You can’t even see them. Instead of creating smaller and smaller apertures to produce the bubbles, we do it without clogging.

Nano bubbles can’t be seen with even the most powerful microscopes. There are many companies claiming to produce nanobubbles, or worse, “micro nanobubbles”. Only a few keep the water clear instead of cloudy (can’t be seen) and have no rise rate.
Unlike other nanobubble solutions:
We don’t clog
We work at high volumes
We provide an entire process
With a penetrating mixer
We have continuous flow.
Unlike cavitation, we add additional gas without heating or foaming
Nano bubbles created with our process multiply the amount of gas that is stable in a liquid by 5-10 times.

“Nanobubble technology has a potential to revolutionize aquaculture and aquaponic systems, with higher productivity and resource recovery.”

How small are Nanobubble's? 64 million fit inside a Microbubble!!
The burgeoning fields of aquaculture and aquaponics hold vast potential for growing food. Yet, the efficacy of these microbial-mediated processes is governed by the availability of dissolved oxygen in water.
Generally, oxygen has poor solubility in water, which has a negative effect on fish growth and plant yields.
Almost $200,000 in new funding from the USDA-National Institute of Food and Agriculture’s (NIFA) Water Quantity and Quality Program may expand researchers’ understanding of how nanobubbles could improve aeration and oxygen supplies. Under the grant, Samir Khanal of the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR ) Department of Molecular Biosciences and Bioengineering, will apply the technology to these aqueous systems. His goal is to uncover new opportunities for improving fish and plant yields—with concomitant improvements in water quality.

There is a pressing need to develop an alternative to the current highly energy-intensive conventional aeration,” said Khanal. “Nanobubble technology has a potential to revolutionize aquaculture and aquaponic systems, with higher productivity and resource recovery.”

Khanal was initially awarded CTAHR’s Team Science grant, which was critically important to obtaining preliminary data for his grant proposal to NIFA.

“Thanks to the CTAHR and NIFA grants, we hope our findings will benefit existing Hawaii businesses, as well as a new generation of growers, across the state and beyond,” Khanal added.
