You need to lose the one-track mindset. Reverse Splits in and of themselves are NOT negative in any way. Period. End of story.

The negative that everyone keeps harping on is the DILUTION that often follows RS's, especially on the OTC and pink sheets. If there is NO dilution, there is NO negative, only positive: permits uplisting, allows for funds to invest due to their rules about not investing in penny stocks, etc.

And in this particular case, IF INTK does a reverse to get uplisted, and there is NO associated dilution, idiots will panic sell, experienced traders will sell and try to buy back lower, and longs will just ride it out and grow organically with the company.
