The financial statements have been prepared assuming the Company will continue as a going concern. The Company has incurred losses since inception, resulting in an accumulated deficit of approximately $48 million and a working capital deficit of $2,200,000 as of March 31, 2022 and future losses are anticipated. These factors, among others, generally tend to raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
