two years ago when I was on the banquet committee
Our stockgrowers assoc got political
some transgenders and whatevers opened a restaurant
and they wanted to have our annual banquet there
I said....you trying to kill off some of the older folks
I said look....this is going too far and they mostly have a
Vegan menu....
I said, when a man with a 5 o'clock shadow and a BIG adams apple
shows up wearing a mini-skirt, fishnet stockings, a purple and bright green
mohawk shows up at some of the older folks' tables
ambulances are going to be called
that restaurant lasted 3 months and closed when they ran out of $
I cancelled my membership this year finally. Had enough with all the BS
literally....on Thursday....said NO thanks to the FREE banquet
and said don't expect any more dues from me
they're paying for the banquet with our money....How very Dem and Liberal
I'm just out here hunkered down, work, and looking at 6" of fresh snow this a.m.
and 26º
just 2 days ago....was in the 70's
yesterday a.m. was 54º and just got colder as the day went on
it a damn whole new mud season....
